As a leading publisher of continuing legal education material, Trial Guides had to position themselves for the growing digital marketplace. Working directly with nationally renowned lawyers from across legal specialties and geographic locations, I helped consolidate their individual legal experiences into structured educational products spanning a wide variety of mediums include print, digital, video, and audio. This multimedia approach to the learning experience along with the modernized product packaging aimed at capturing their attention and engaging the viewer in the material assisted in growing product sales over 200% in the first year alone.
Beyond the product lineup, the company was rebranded in the ethos of a young trial lawyer who was eager to grow their sphere of influence and knowledge regarding the court system. This refreshed branding carried over to the advertising, customer communications, and the online storefront with a focus on the legal authors and their product recommendations for continuing to improve within specific legal specialties based upon their real-world experiences. Later, this concept was brought to a mobile app storefront with the ability to flag, annotate, and organize notes within the app for the lawyer who was always on the move.
